Dear Valued Patient,

 

We hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits. We are writing to inform you that Seattle OB/GYN Group will be undergoing a change in our administrative structure starting on July 1, 2023. 

 

We will no longer be affiliated with Proliance Surgeons.  As such, you will no longer see “Proliance” on communication or statements from our office following July 1.  If you are seeing us for your pregnancy, Proliance will bill for services rendered up until this date, and we will separately bill for the remainder of your care following delivery.  So, instead of getting one total bill at the end of your pregnancy, you will receive part of the bill in July and the rest at the end of your pregnancy.  Please do not hesitate to contact our billing department with any questions or concerns.

  

We are excited about this new chapter, and will continue to operate independently as Seattle OB/GYN Group, in the same location and with the same providers and staff that you have come to know since our founding in 1950.  Our priority is always to provide you with compassionate, respectful care of the highest quality, and we are confident that this change will allow us to continue to do so.
