Philosophy of care
I believe in a collaborative approach to the care of my patients. I work hard to discuss and educate my patients so they can be involved in decision making about their own medical care. After almost 30 years in practice, I have enjoyed the privilege of taking care of women through every stage of their lives and now take care of some of their adult daughters. I am lucky to work with my colleagues at Seattle Ob/Gyn who share in my desire to provide the very best care to all of our patients.

Met Dr. Kimelman for the first time today. I was sad to see my OB, Dr. Walton, go but I know I’m in great hands with Dr. K. Really personable and happy to answer any questions I had.

Judy Kimelman was on call when I went into labor, and she was AMAZING. she was calm, cool and collected during what was an incredibly painful time with contractions. She safely delivered my son, and took excellent care of me during and after my delivery. Anyone would be lucky enough to have her as an OBGYN. I even spoke to her off and on for any questions regarding post partum care, and always so helpful :)
Jan-2022
I was lucky enough to have Dr. Kimelman for both my singleton and twin pregnancy. She is the best doctor I’ve ever had in any capacity. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and confident as a medical professional, but she has an amazing bedside manner and is a very kind person. I wish it wasn’t covid right now because I would have loved to give her a huge hug when I had my postpartum appointment. I always felt I was in the best care throughout my pregnancies. Thank you Dr. Kimelman, you are the best!!!
