Seattle Obstetrics and Gynecology Group (OB/GYN) is a physician-owned practice that was established in 1950. Our providers and staff are dedicated to providing the highest standards of medical care within a compassionate, supportive and professional environment.

We believe an integrated approach between patient and provider enables us to offer each patient with a unique plan for her well-being. Seattle OB/GYN Group has remained a strong and cohesive organization for over 60 years because of our shared values, similar philosophies and commitment to one another and to our patients.

  • View test results and ask non-urgent questions
  • Response typically within 24 hours on weekdays
  • Not reviewed on weekends
  • During business hours:
    • Press the option to speak with a receptionist
    • You will be connected with a triage nurse if needed
  • After hours, use for URGENT issues:
    • This will connect you to a service that will page the on-call doctor
    • Response typically within 15-30 minutes
      • If not, page again

To make an appointment, please call 206.682.5800 to speak directly to a scheduler.

If you are a new patient please bring a completed copy of the following forms.

We ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to appointment time in order to complete the registration process. In addition, please bring a current copy of your insurance card and a current driver's license or identification card.

Cancellations

We understand that there are times you are unable to make an appointment. However, patients who do not notify our office that they will be unable to come in, or cancel less than 24 hours in advance, may be assessed a late cancellation fee.

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. If this is not possible, you will be offered another appointment.
